The Examination of the Claim against Termination of the Criminal Case Proceedings is still going on
Human Rights Protection Rights of the Elderly Police

The court examination of the HCA Vanadzor claim against the decision of the Investigator of the Tavush Region Investigation Division of the General Investigation Department of the RA Police, to terminate case proceedings, is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., November 24, 2011.
The previous hearing was postponed as the court needed to familiarize themselves with the case materials. On July 27, 2011, based on a resolution reached by the RA Tavush Region Court of First Instance, a criminal case was filed against the officers of the Spitak Police Department at Tavush Region Prosecutor’s Office on the grounds of an battery against Vladimir Tonoyan, which did not cause bodily injury or other damage to his health. The case was submitted for investigation. On September 27, 2011, the criminal proceedings were terminated for absence of a criminal incident.
