A Report was Filed regarding the Police Violation of Citizens’ Right of Free Movement

 On October 27, 2011, at approximately 1:30 p.m., a group of police officers prohibited citizens’ free movement near the area around the RA Kentron Police Department. The police officers argued that the citizens were disrupting the regular work of the police. A group of citizens filed a report to the RA Special Investigation Service regarding the fact that the police officers obstructed the citizens’ right of free movement. The report states that the citizens were not involved in any anti-public actions and therefore are demanding that the police officers be prosecuted. On October 31, 2011, the RA Special Investigation Service sent the report to the Internal Security Department of the RA Police for consideration. The incident happened on October 27, 2011, after the officers of the RA Kentron Police Department apprehended a member of the Army in Reality, Lala Aslikyan.
