The hearing of the claim of HCA Vanadzor against the RA Ministry of Justice is scheduled for 04:00 p.m. on November 8, 2011, at the RA Administrative Court (Address: 23 G. Nzhdeh, 3rd floor, room 318, Judge R. Hakobyan).
Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor demands that the RA Ministry of Justice provide copies of the reports of “Martik” Foundation, which were published through media. According to the RA law on foundations, they must submit a copy of their report with a written note to the RA Ministry of Justice, within 30 days after publishing their report through the media. Despite that, a written response was received on December 16, 2010, rejecting the provision of information, justifying that they are not authorized to provide such information.
