The Citizens’ Right to Freedom of Movement was Violated again in Alaverdi, Stepanavan, and Tashir

 The representatives of Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor in Stepanavan, Tashir, and Alaverdi informed HCAV that the citizens of the abovementioned towns were not able to go to Yerevan by minibus on October 28, 2011. The reason was the rally organized in Yerevan by the Armenian National Congress. Unlike Stepanavan, Tashir, and Alaverdi, the minibuses operated in Vanadzor and Spitak, Towns in Lori Region.
