RA Football Federation or “RA Football Federation” ULE?

On August 2, 2011, the court trial of HCA-Vanadzor against Vanadzor Community Avagani was heard by which the organization claims to nullify #75 Resolution and completely abrogate #76 Resolution made by Vanadzor Avagani.

The trial, presided by Judge A. Alaverdyan, was attended by advocate Karen Tumanyan, representative of Helsinki Citizens' Assembly-Vanadzor, H. Davtyan, representative of Vanadzor Municipality and Vanadzor community Avagani, as well as L. Bakumyan, representative of RA Football Federation, enrolled as a third party. During the court trial, K. Tumanyan, representative of the plaintiff party, presented the Avagani resolutions to the court, which stated that the property and the land were donated to RA Football Federation. On the contrary, pursuant to the contracts, the property and the land must be donated to “RA Football Federation” ULE/Union of Legal Entities/.

Karen Tumanyan, submitted a motion with a claim that the RA Football Federation should present documents to the court, which will define the relation of RA Football Federation with “RA Football Federation” ULE? The court satisfied the motion, according to which, the federation must submit the copies of the RA Football Federation charter and registration certificate within two weeks.

The court passed to trial phase of the case and canceled the case for undefined period.
It should be noted that pursuant to the aforementioned resolutions, Vanadzor stadium is donated to RA Football Federation in conjunction with 44.000 square kilometers located in Taron 4 District.
