A Claim to Abolish the Resolution of Vanadzor Community Avagani

 Court trials of HCA-Vanadzor against Vanadzor Community Avagani will be heard at 14:30- 15:30 on August 2, 2011 by which the organization claims to nullify #75 Resolution and completely abrogate #76 Resolution made by Vanadzor Avagani. HCA-Vanadzor claims to abrogate the Avagani resolutions over donating Vanadzor football stadium, in conjunction with 44.000 square kilometers located in Taron 4 District to the RA Football Federation. The organization claims that the court should invalidate the Avagani resolutions as well as rescind the donation contracts. It is worth noting that the previous court trial to involve the RA Football Federation as a third party was canceled for undefined period of time.
