A Trial was appointed Regarding Derenik Gasparyan’s Criminal Case

On March 10, 2011 at 14:00 p.m. the trial over closing the criminal case of 10-year-old Derenik Gasparyan, who died at Charentsavan # 5 school in a fight, was heard at Hrazdan department of RA Kotayk Region Court of First Instance.
It should be noted that the incident occurred at school during the exam, when the school administration took no measures to intervene while the 10-year-old boy was being severely beaten by his peers, which caused the boy’s death.
