New Trial was Appointed
Human Rights Protection Rights of the Elderly Freedom of Information and Speech

On February 3 of 2011, Vanadzor office of RA Lori Region Administrative Court resumed hearing the case initiated by HCA-Vanadzor against RA Shirak Region Court of First Instance with a claim to provide information to the head of the NGO.
During the hearing of the case, the judge took a decision to appoint additional hearing instead of promulgating the verdict. Information regarding the date and hour of the trial will be disseminated additionally.
