The Examination of the Case was Stopped

 On July 15, 2010, according to HCA Vanadzor solicitation, RA Administrative Court stopped the examination of the application claiming to oblige RA Ministry of Defence to provide information on the organizations providing the Ministry of Defence with necessary goods.A number of excuses were presented in RA Ministry of Defence response letter to the abovementioned claim, according to which the information which HCA Vanadzor had required was considered confidential. At the same time they referred to RA Defence Minister's order "On the list of information subject to encoding" disputed again by HCA Vanadzor in RA Administrative court. Taking into account that the secret order of the minister is examined in the court and it is of importance for the other case, HCA Vanadzor asked to stop this case until there is a final court decision on the minister's order.
