HCA Vanadzor continues organizing meetings within the framework of the project “Implementation of Call-up Monitoring.”

Meetings with the monitors took place in Ijevan, Taush region on November 2, 2009 and in Lori region, Vanadzor on November 3.

The goal of the meetings was to discuss with the monitoring participants the call-up process and the solution of obstacles and difficulties occurring during that period.

The monitors underlined the difference between the spring and fall call-up. During this period the trust towards them has increased, though the level of awareness among the recruits and the returned soldiers is still rather low.

The coordinator of HCA Vanadzor, Artur Sakunts, attached importance to the solution of all the problems that the monitors had revealed during the call-up.

We have to remind that such meetings are ongoing.

The project “Implementation of Call-up Monitoring” is implemented by HCA Vanadzor with the support of OSCE Yerevan office.
