15 organizations of the CRINGO network dealing with refugee problems, have developed and published “Refugee Compass” the presentation of which took place on the 17th of July 2008 at the office of Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor.

Member organizations of the network, local NGOs and representatives of media outlets took part in the presentation.
“Refugee Compass” is the first manual, which is directed towards the solution of the refugees’ social and legal protection, healthcare, educational and cultural problems.
According to the coordinator of Yerevan Coordination Point of CRINGO Inessa Balughyan, the authors of the book hope that it will help the refugees to know their rights and find the ways of solving their problems. The studies of the organizations show that the problems of most refugees have arisen due to their unawareness of their rights.
The book was published in Armenian and Russian and it is being spread through the organizations of the network.
This book was created in the memory of Karen Asatryan, one of the founders of the network, because it was his idea.
