Will be inspected the activity of military prosecution offices of garrisons

By the Order Number 53 of the Prosecutor General of RA is established a working group for inspection in Yerevan’s, Eghegnadzor’s, Sevan’s military prosecution offices of garrisons.

The working group is instructed to inspect particularly the military prosecution offices of garrisons’ activity in the field of offences, which took place during the autumn conscription of 2007on crimes and their results.
During the inspection the working group should find out:
  • The results of inspection on finding out the legality of registration of persons liable for the military service under the law of the RA “On compulsory military service”. (Article 5 of the Law of RA “On compulsory military service”).
  • The results of inspection on finding out the legality of acknowledging the persons liable for the military service ineligible on the grounds of the level of health. (Article 12 of the Law of RA “On compulsory military service”).
  • The results of inspection on finding out the legality of deferment from military service. (Article 13-16 of the Law of RA “On compulsory military service”).
  • The legality of prepared documents and investigated cases on offences committed by the officials of military registration and enlistment offices.
  The results of inspection the working group should present to the Prosecutor General till September 30 2008
