Facts of Bringing People to Police Unlawfully Continues

On April 6, 2008 the employees of Gugark Police station brought Vanadzor local Seyran Andreasyan to police.

He was one of the supporters of Levon Ter-Petrosyan. Seyran Andreasyan took part in all the rallies taken place in Yerevan. The police officers even struck him 3 times with a rubber truncheon while dispersing the peaceful sit-in strike on March 1, 2008.
  His wife, Lida Andreasyan, assures that one of the employees (his name is Armen) of Gugark police station visited them on April 6, at 8 in the morning. Some of the police officers gathered in the yard. They told Seyran to get dressed quickly and go to the police station with them.
  Two hours later, at about 10:00 Seyran Andreasyan’s wife went to police to get information about her husband. She saw her husband there but did not have the chance to talk.
During the talk with the employees of police, one of them, Karen Khanumyan, announced that S. Andreasyan had already confessed everything. According to his testimonies, a criminal case has been brought. During the events of March 1, 2008 S. Andreasyan was at the French Embassy and took part in the robbery of the shops.
  Lida Andreasyan told the investigator that her husband is naտve, poor and could not do such things. The investigator confirmed that he also had noticed he had strange things.
  On April 7, 2008, the police investigator informed Lida Andreasyan that her husband had been taken to Yerevan.
