Were Called to Police

On April 1, 2008, the responsibles of Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s offices were invited to Vanadzor Police by phone call.

The investigator of special cases of police invited Armen Hovhannisyan to Vanadzor police station at 14:00 and Karen Sargsyan at 15:00. They took explanations about the events taken place during the pre-election campaign.
  On January 25, 2008 unknown people ripped Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s campaign materials off and wrote humiliating expressions on them. Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s supporters applied to Police on that case. Only two months later, on April 1, 2008 the police responded to the violations of pre-election period.
  Before that, related to the events of March 1, 2008, Armen Hovhannisyan and Karen Sargsyan were brought to police and were questioned. Besides, the Police searched the houses where Armen Hovhannisyan and Karen Sargsyan lived and where they were registered.
